How I Transformed my Aura, Identity & Purpose through Human Design

My whole life seems to revolve around spiritual awakening… but not just awakening to energy (which I was lucky to experience deeply with my spiritual teacher of 19 years). My most profound awakening happened when I finally lived by myself after years of community living. I got to experience the difference between living with others (who may or may not be in alignment with my frequency) and in my own auric field- away from mingling with other energies. Over time I learned what its like to be without the constant energetic influence of others, which is when I began to understand who I truly was… and mostly- who I wasn’t.

Discovering My True Essence Through Human Design

Leaving the communal lifestyle/ ashram was a wake-up call for me. For years, I had unconsciously worked as if I had the energy of a Generator—pushing myself regularly, burning my undefined sacral energy out (a projector reality) and sacrificing my own dreams by supporting someone else’s mission, while completely neglecting mine.

My undefined Identity Center (G Center) had absorbed the identity of what its like to being one of the members in our community. My undefined Sacral had kept learning how to work like Generators, which wasn’t sustainable to my projector energy on every possible level. And my voice (undefined Throat) remained unheard, unrecognized.

As a Projector, I wasn’t designed to work endlessly or follow a path dictated by others. Certainly, not by Generators. I was designed to see, guide, and amplify the uniqueness of others—but I did that for years without first claiming my own uniqueness. I was conditioned to believe that there is no room for my uniqueness because thinking of self is considered bad and unspiritual.

Music, Energy & the Power of Frequency

Returning back to the state to revive my cello performance career after 15 years of a long “spiritual search break” I happily reclaimed an old lost part of myself. And when I discovered 432Hz sound healing, at 44 it all clicked. This frequency reconnected me to my inner knowing, my intuition, and my sovereignty. My energy was naturally comfortable with this transformative realization because apparently I am designed to transmit higher awareness through sound, and when I combine it with Human Design guidance, I help others awaken to their own unique essence—just as I did.

The New Paradigm: No More “One-Size-Fits-All Spirituality“

Looking back, I see that nothing was a mistake! (a typical 1/3 profile trip…) Every experience simply shaped me. But I also see the dangers of generalized teachings that ignore individual design. No teacher, no system, no community can define you better than your own body and soul.

We’re stepping into a new era—one where we honor our uniqueness, where spirituality isn’t about following but about embodying our own truth. My work now is about helping others awaken to their gifts, trust their frequency, and reclaim their sovereignty—through sound, through Human Design, and through deep recognition of who they truly are.
